Description
This cocoa winnowing system consists of a feed elevator, a return elevator, a crusher, a vibrating screen and a skin suction system. It adopts a modular design and has two models of 500 kg/h and 1000 kg/h for you to choose from. The entire system is fully automated to achieve efficient winnowing, thereby ensuring the continuity and stability of the cocoa bean processing process.
Working Principle of Cocoa Winnowing Machine:
The cocoa beans are transported to the crusher and then enter the screening equipment after crushing. The mixture of cocoa crumbs and cocoa skins in each layer is separated by winnowing; then the cocoa skins are collected by the collection device, and the cocoa crumbs are gathered together. In addition, the unpeeled cocoa beans are automatically fed back and crushed again. This greatly improves the crushing rate of cocoa beans.
