August 2025—We are proud to announce the successful delivery and commencement of production of a complete cocoa powder production line in Cameroon. With a capacity of 500 kg/h, this line is capable of producing a variety of high-quality cocoa products, including cocoa nibs, cocoa liquor, cocoa butter, and cocoa powder. This marks a new level of technological strength and service capabilities in our global cocoa processing equipment sector.
The cocoa powder production line delivered this time integrates advanced processing technology and automated control systems, efficiently and stably completing the entire process from bean cleaning, roasting, and crushing to grinding, pressing, and powdering. The line design balances energy conservation, environmental protection, and ease of operation. Product types and specifications can be flexibly adjusted according to customer needs, meeting the high-quality cocoa product requirements of various markets.
To ensure the smooth commissioning of the production line, our company dispatched experienced engineers to Cameroon to carry out on-site installation and commissioning. The team provided comprehensive technical support in key areas such as equipment operational stability, product yield, and quality control, and assisted the customer in completing the trial production of the first batch of cocoa powder. Testing confirmed that all line indicators met design requirements, and the product complies with international food safety standards, earning high customer recognition.
As a key cash crop in Cameroon and other West African countries, improving cocoa processing capacity is crucial for local agricultural value-added and industrial upgrading. The successful implementation of this project not only demonstrates our expertise in cocoa processing equipment but also provides a model for deepening China-Africa cooperation in agricultural product processing.
