Proses pemprosesan adalah berbeza<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serbuk koko asli ialah serbuk koko coklat muda yang dihasilkan tanpa menambah sebarang bahan tambahan dalam proses pemprosesan biji koko menjadi serbuk koko; serbuk koko beralkali dibuat dengan menambah alkali yang boleh dimakan semasa pemprosesan biji koko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.
