Este proceso puede durar varios d\u00edas, y las jud\u00edas deben voltearse con regularidad para garantizar un secado uniforme. Una vez secas, se clasifican por tama\u00f1o, color y calidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Asado<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El siguiente paso en el proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n del cacao es el tostado de las habas.
